Claims:

1.  A pencil comprising an elongated body, an eraser, a clip holder, and a lead; the body comprising a cylindrical body having a first end and a second end; the first end contains the eraser; the lead projects from the second end;  the lead further being pointed; and the clip holder being adjacent the eraser. 

2.  The pencil, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the elongated body is a hollow cylinder, or a hexagonal shell.
